Mark Singson
Hailing from Vancouver, BC Mark Singson has been a staple in the west coast culinary scene for over 10 years. Beginning with his private catering business - FAM Inc. - Mark sought to inspire foodies everywhere with his unique and thoughtful dishes that always highlighted the bounty of his coastal home. In this next chapter of Mark's culinary journey, he is reaching back into his Filipino roots to introduce Vancouverites to the bold and delicious flavours of the Philippines.

Summers on Dachi's patio paired with the delicious sourdough pizza of Thank You, Pizza is a perfect match. We love the days when the big red pizza truck rolls up to join us in Hastings-Sunrise. Tasty pies and natural wine, yum.

Dachi's owner veteran server, Katie McGuire and her partner Ryan produce some of Vancouver's best perogies. Modern Perogie have a commissary kitchen production facility and popup weekly at Bigsby Bakehouse in Kerrisdale.

Toki Doki is a Japanese Diner on Tofino’s Industrial Way. A casual take-out only space based out of a 80’s airstream and located next to the Tofino Brewery. Toki Doki is owned and operated locally by Madi and partner, Kei (he/him).

Our closest of friends. Niwa by chef Darren Gee, has worked with Dachi for many years and on his return to Vancouver in 2024, Darren had his first popups for Niwa at Dachi before opening his new restaurant a stone's through away on Powell Street.
