This loin has already been brined and cooked.All you're looking to do is get a golden sear and heat the pork through.Preheat the oven to 400fWarm 1-2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until you start to get a nice sear.Flip the pork and transfer the pan into the oven, cook for 6-7minutes.Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.Enjoy!9oz
