Pork loin from Two Rivers Meats.
This loin has already been brined and cooked.
All you're looking to do is get a golden sear and heat the pork through. 

Preheat the oven to 400f
Warm 1-2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until you start to get a nice sear.
Flip the pork and transfer the pan into the oven, cook for 6-7minutes. 
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
